And chicken breast meat seasoned with salt n basil. This is coated with cracker crumbs n pan fried until crispy. Yummy!
In case some of you may be interested to try....
Cut 100gm chicken breast into pcs not too thick if not it will take a longer time to cook n meat may turn hard
Season with a bit of salt n basil herb
Crush 3-4 Meiji crackers into fine crumbs
Coat the chicken with the crumbs
Heat up non stick pan with a little olive oil n pan fry the chicken pcs
