I was not planning to cook much lunch cos we would either be out doing things or just buy back. But since Jac has an aftn appt & we are not deciding to go out this morning, I decided to cook simple Fish Porridge. It's the grainy kind with soup, slice fish, veg & chinese black mushroom. I boiled the soup base with fish bones, dried shrimps and dried scallop, tasty!! My bowl has added bitter gourd & red cut chilli!!
